About the Neighbourhood
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood 4 km from Killorglin town, 200m from the sea and 4 minutes’ walk to our local shop and delicatessen. Our nearest beach is 3km away in Cromane, which boasts a sauna the delightful Boathouse Coffee Shop and Jack's award-winning seafood bar and restaurant. We are 10 minutes from the new South Kerry Greenway and 25 minutes from the foot of the Macgillycuddy Reeks.
There are lovely views of the sea from the house and we are about 200m away from the water.
Killorglin has 4 supermarkets, several good restaurants and coffee shops, pubs and amenities. There are too many beaches and golf clubs to mention within driving distance and the main towns of Killarney and Tralee are 20 & 30 mins away.

Located at the start of the Ring of Kerry and positioned as a central hub to easily access any of the many attractions in Kerry, from Dingle to Kenmare, Skellig Michael to Killarney.

Our house offers easy access to a wonderful array of local amenities. Enjoy relaxed mornings at the charming Cromane Boathouse Café overlooking the water, or unwind with a rejuvenating sauna session right beside the cafe. The local area is home to stunning Blue Flag beaches, such as Rossbeigh beach which is perfect for swimming, walking, or simply soaking up the coastal scenery, while outdoor enthusiasts can take part in invigorating coastal yoga with breath-taking Atlantic views. Families will appreciate the well-equipped local playgrounds, and golf lovers are just a short 5 minute drive from the renowned Dooks Golf Club, one of Ireland’s oldest and most scenic links courses. Together, these amenities make this the ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.

Thoughtfully equipped with a large foldable futon for extra guests and a travel cot, we're ideal for couples, families, or groups seeking a peaceful night's sleep in a welcoming an tranquil setting.

We have a comfortable and restful sitting room where you can relax and read a book, listen to music or watch your favourite shows. Our dining room enjoys great views of sea and the large doors can be opened to connect you to outside.
